About Me.
Douglas Naudin is a full-time artist. Originally from Mexico, Doug has lived in SouthTexas since 1987.
Originally attended Texas Western College* where he dabbled in graphic arts before taking an extended break to live life in a different direction. The pull of creativity was always strong however, and Doug returned to complete his undergraduate degree in Art in 2021 from the Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) at the tender age of 79. He frequently draws on his Mexican heritage, and a deep affinity for family upbringing in El Paso, Texas. He creates portraits, collages, ceramics and the occasional mixed-media piece. He does accepts commissions. EDUCATION
